No purchase is required to enter or win once the official contest opens.

Final rules should include sponsor identity, eligibility, geographic restrictions, entry period, how to enter, entry limits, voting or judging criteria, prize details and approximate retail value, odds of winning where applicable, winner selection, winner notification, publicity rights, privacy terms, tax responsibility, and dispute terms.

Any contest promotion should clearly link to the official rules and avoid suggesting that a purchase, payment, or subscription improves someone's odds unless that is legally reviewed and permitted.

Influencers, affiliates, and paid partners must clearly disclose their relationship to Pupular Brands when promoting the contest.

Social platforms are not sponsors or administrators of the contest unless explicitly stated in final written rules. Platform-specific promotion rules should be reviewed before the contest goes live.
